Back to services

    Custom Apps.

Quoia builds purpose-built applications around the workflows, data, and permissions a business actually needs. Interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models are engineered as one system rather than assembled around the limitations of generic software.

    From operating model to application.

Each application starts with the operating model: who uses it, what they need to accomplish, what data the system owns, and which external systems it must communicate with. From that boundary, Quoia defines the application architecture, data model, permissions, and API contracts.

The interface is built around actual user actions while backend services handle business logic, validation, persistence, and integrations. Authentication and authorization are enforced at the system level so users and services can access only the operations and data they are permitted to use.

External platforms are connected through APIs and webhooks rather than manual handoffs. Application state, errors, and important system actions remain observable so the software can be maintained and extended as the operation changes.

    How the application is built.

Each application is built as a connected system, with the interface, application logic, data, and external integrations kept as clear layers.

    Interface

Web · mobile · internal tools

    Application logic

APIs · business rules · authentication

    Data

PostgreSQL · storage · application state

    Integrations

    CRM · payments · third-party APIs

    Application safeguards.

The application is engineered as a production system, with controls around access, data integrity, deployment, and runtime behavior.

    Authentication

Verify users and services before granting system access.

    Authorization

Enforce roles and permissions across application operations.

    Data validation

Validate incoming data before it reaches application state.

    API contracts

Define predictable interfaces between services and integrations.

    Error handling

Capture failures without corrupting application state.

    Observability

Track errors, requests, performance, and critical system events.
