    Workflow Automation.

Quoia engineers workflows that coordinate events, business rules, system actions, and human decisions across the tools a company already uses. Automations are built with explicit triggers, state, failure handling, and observable execution.

    How Quoia engineers it.

Each workflow begins with an explicit trigger: an API request, webhook, database change, scheduled event, or user action. From there, the workflow moves through defined states and business rules instead of relying on a fragile chain of disconnected automations.

External systems are connected through APIs, webhooks, and service adapters. Long-running or asynchronous work can use queues and controlled retries, while idempotent operations prevent duplicate actions when an event is delivered more than once.

Exceptions are treated as part of the workflow. Failed operations are logged and recoverable, sensitive actions can pause for human approval, and execution state remains visible so teams can see what ran, what changed, and where intervention is required.

    Workflow execution.

A workflow moves through explicit stages, with state, controls, and failure handling preserved throughout execution.

    Stage 01

    Trigger

API · webhook · schedule · database event · user action

    Stage 02

    Orchestration

    state · queues · retries · sequencing

    Stage 03

    Business logic

validation · conditions · approvals · exception paths

    Stage 04

    System action

CRM · databases · email · internal software · external APIs

    Failure path
    Failure

Retry · log · human review

    Production controls.

Controls remain active throughout execution so automated workflows can fail safely, remain observable, and preserve operational state.

    State tracking

Preserve workflow state across multi-step execution.

    Retries + recovery

Recover safely from timeouts and unavailable services.

    Idempotency

Prevent repeated events from creating duplicate actions.

    Human approval

Pause consequential actions for review when required.

    Logging

Record execution, failures, decisions, and system actions.

    Monitoring

Track throughput, latency, failures, and exceptions.
